30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused — products that have been installed, wired, or powered on cannot be returned unless defective
  • In original condition — no physical damage, modifications, or missing components
  • In original packaging — all boxes, inserts, accessories, and documentation must be included

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items — we cover return shipping 100%. Contact us and we'll email you a prepaid label.
  • Non-defective returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.) — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@diymetering.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within one business day with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different product? The fastest approach is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you need help selecting the right replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
